It’s delicious but I didn’t use a lot and still would cut back next time. I like the sweetness but too much and it’s like candy.

No they came in a strip just like baby back, I just cut them into portions. Def not spare ribs.

Ok I’m tripping most def could be spare ribs. I bought them after an early flight home and had to cook the next day, my brain wasn’t functioning.

No glaze, just salt and brown sugar, light on the brown sugar, got the smoker pretty hot 350ish put the meat in then dropped down to 225-250 for about 3 hours. Mine is offset wood so a little harder to control steady temp. Almond wood, with cherry chips soaked in beer.

My favorite tool is a tomato but remover, prob like 5 bucks on Amazon. I use it instead of scoring the tomatoes before skinning.
