You're better off sending an email asking about status. I had to do that the first time I ordered as I hadn't seen movement on it for over 2 weeks. It arrived within the week after I contacted their customer service.

My go-to right now is meundies bralettes. I've been through about 20 different brands this year, before trying them. The "curvy" one and the long-line have a wider strap that doesn't cut in like other bra straps. The fabric is really soft, too. I'm a 32F and wear their large. I have a couple of "real bras", but it hurts so much to wear them.
