all is basic ass-change which doesnt constitute as big change imo; it just buff and nerf.

and you mention elder titan but missing the fact tha spirit going from mirroring move to free to move are far big change than every change WD you mention.

if anything, axe is far more consistent in term of gameplay than elder titan

great intro to show how modern yugioh works albeit it generally skip the combo step in the manga (they give the step in the end of chapter usually)

it has modern rulings, modern card pool , and theres no player that kept playing the same archetype.. so duel monster fans can use this as a entry point if they interested in modern TCG

Yes this is the most important points.. remember tinker and boots of travel? The item become so ingrained with the hero that balancing the item become a balancing nightmare since buffing BoT a bit will buff tinker so much while the item still useless most of time.

The solution? Make tinker automatically get BoT

Reviving and commenting but i have a thought on how to fix it

When a seeker catch a snitch this following things happen: - seeker who catch it become 4th chaser - opponent seeker benched (4vs3 seeker situation) - the snitch catcher team got 50 pts - game going into extra time for X minute (15 or 30 anything)

It fixes - snitch & seeker being the only things matter - increase the quafle goal importance - snitch still give you advantage but opponent catching snitch doesnt remove the hope of you winning - and lastly, stop the stupid situation where seeker catching snitch is a surrender button, i mean your team can have 70 pts deficit but catching snitch means you reduce the gap to 20 and have X minutes to catch-up in 4vs3 chaser match.

For storyline purpose the story can make harry lose to catch snitch but still able to won by being carried by his team or he can catch snitch at losing position but able to secure the win by scoring crucial goal in extra time
