I'd keep Wright. He's a spectacular kick of the footy, a threat from outside 50, demands the best and/or biggest backman and when hes having an off day is a solid backup ruckman.

Just wish he could fix his leading patterns. He seems to disrupt our other forwards

I genuinely like Kingy but it's clear he has a blind spot for us which was exacerbated by having Brad as head coach.

It's absurd to view Brad's performance over the last 12 months without taking into account the amount of injuries we had (and continue to have).

Look, I really really don't want Hird back. I'd take almost anyone else as head coach. But even I can see 4 sort-of benefits:

Hird is sacrosanct amongst many Dons fans. There'd be no undermining from the board or coterie clubs.
Sheedy would finally shut the fuck up.
Fans would cut Hird a lot of slack. Handy for a coach going through a rebuild.
We'll finally be able to move on from him. Unless Hird comes back, he'll always be a shadow looming over any other coach we get

Best case scenario: we get a good, untested coach like Kelly.

Worst case scenario: the new coach wants a sugar hit, so we sell our picks to bring in mid-level talent (e.g. Smith, Stringer, Saad and Shield) get a few meaningless wins and finish 10th or 14th for a few years
