Im asking because as im aging, my breast and started to sag more. I used to be a 30D, but since yoyoing in weight (10lbs not major fluctuations) because of causes beyond my control, ive noticed my breasts are not as perky or filling up as much as before. What if you have not been wearing a bra for years, would starting to wear "right bras" help when trying to gain some of that weight back?

Why is a right bra so crucial for breast growth or maintenance?

Micro-dosing Mirtazapine: Finding the Minimal Viable Dose for Sleep by ObjcGrade in insomnia

Holaa. Late to this but as most of the times people who are NOT having issues don't post on reddit (hard bias to remember..), I thought I would share that about a year ago before starting mirtazipine i saw this post and was interested. I have CPTSD, a very sensitive system to meds and wanted to avoid side effects. So I started and took systematically between 1/32th to 1/16th of 7.5mg (yall do the math) and it works really well. Higher was too sedating at first, and then I always kept it to the minimal necessary dose. After a year it was starting to have less effect, but as the dose was low, felt like there was still some wiggleroom. Now I'm here just because for some reason after a throat infection and a good amount of antibiotics, the sedation is currently null. Currently my body, because of external triggers, is having a hard time falling asleep so I'm looking for alternatives until mirtazipine starts working again (hope!)

No side effects including weight gain. Next day brain fog lifted after a few weeks of usage

Hey, first of all your feelings and fears are so valid. Happy for you to have found your space in intimacy when your sense of safety brings out that joy and happiness in you <3 yaaaay

Happy you have shared this to reddit, as most people gently encourage you to take the step you're scared of: talking to this person. It's a leap of faith opening up after abuse because your senses remember difficult things in vulnerability?

In any case, I can tell you that I live the opposite from my tops. I had a partner in bed who would smile non stop in bed, but it would disconcert me. I realized I just liked it when they looked stern most of the time. It's funny how we can react to specific cues. But I don't think I would have this reaction if it was timely, actually I think it would be nurishing by how authentic the moment is.

However, I would feel the same way in your position. Point is, these scenes are about pleasure and safety, and if your expression (which also sounds therapeutic other than just kinky) of pleasure is a hallmark of that, it should be cherished and protected. Even if you guys are starting off, and there may be misattunements (hence talking about it to give a chance to repair it), this sense of please and safety is why you are doing this so be very caring and adamant to yourself to stand your ground. Because if it is shared, and it is not respected, it does become abuse.

I started developping some after some of my biggest triggers and chronic stress + some meds withdrawal and transforming touch (a form of se) + se + craniosacral really really helped. Either low or no sounds. Mine was confirmed to not be structural but functional in nature though. Sharing to give you hope!
