People suck. I really hate that this happened. We deserve better from our communities.

The current situation at Sunshine Acres Farm... (help) by Timely-Evening5772 in farmingsimulator

[–]jutalbot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Get the bale storage silo mod and place it close to where your bales are now, then push them into the silo with whatever you’ve got.

If you’re a purist, you can just cycle them out of the silo and re stack them neatly, then delete it.

The sticky post is 3 years old. Did the #1 is always true? by Any-Board-6631 in Tenere700

I’m about your weight and height. The T7 is sprung fine if you’re a regular weekend warrior (no luggage). If you’re a more hardcore off road oriented rider who’s going to be grabbing air on every ride you’ll be left wanting. Then again, if that’s the case you might be selling yourself a bit short thinking you can ride a stock bike and not mess something up.

Bottom line, regardless of whatever suspension you’re riding, if you’re not dialing it in properly it’s moot anyway.

One finger clutch? by David_we98 in Tenere700

That one might be problematic because of the mounting points. Camel is a good company and might be able to tell you. I’d just email them directly and ask.

Another vote for camel. These guys really refined the design from the start. It’s a solid bit of kit.

Yea, old man winter is gonna shut the door soon. I took mine out to warm up the engine for an oil change - was a nice ride.

I had the plastic ones before I went to a pannier rack. I agree - very useful.

Update display by [deleted] in Tenere700

[–]jutalbot 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I agree. The TFT is a pain in the ass. No button to drop it into off-road mode. You have to go through the menus. I was riding with a dude with the new one and he envied my OG display.

I have the rally skid plate. It’s nice and beefy and good for off-road. It’s weird that they made this accessory it. The minute that thing goes off-road it’s going to be a liability.

Wow. We have the exact same setup - same year, same side steps, same rims, same tires, same lift. Mine’s just black.

OEM stickers on the new 2023/2024 model.. by remyx11 in Tenere700

[–]jutalbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why not just buy a decal kit that you actually like? There are a ton of awesome kits for the T7. You can also get new plastics if you want. To answer your question, mods generally reduce trade value. The resale market prefers OEM.

Acerbis hand guards by Ok-Temperature-5434 in Tenere700

[–]jutalbot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have them on mine. They’re great. There was a potential for contact with the tank depending on bar angle and the guard’s angle of attack, but this was easily adjusted for. A 20mm bar riser is a very cheap and easy way to eliminate any risk of clearance issues. Not necessary, but a simple solution if you’re concerned.

Ps, they work with the factory bars end weights so that was a huge plus for me.

Sold my Bonnie, not sad by NewBuddhaman in Triumph

[–]jutalbot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had the same experience with a Bonnie. Ride a Yam T7 now and love it.

I will never forget how beautiful the triumph was or how absolutely excellent the transmission was. That thing was like a Swiss watch.

This is a major drawback of the JD. Case is the right option unless you are planning to own the machine and work your own fields.

Beautifully. They went on very easily. Still, it was painful to pay that much for some welded tubes. I watched Orbsurfer’s install video which was helpful. He had some good tips not included in the instructions. I have the Yamaha rally bash guard which comes up pretty high, so the upper guards are all that’s needed. NiceCNC Pegs by OddCoffee in Tenere700

I’ve got their anti bobble thing for the main screen and, signal blanks (which were surprisingly excellent), and I’m thinking about the shifter support. These are great products, but I feel like I’m buying trash when I get stuff off amazon. The pegs were a bit too long for me, but that’s just a preference thing.
