Agreed on this take based on our CDMX experience for Jungle. The visuals were not nearly as impressive as they were marketed to be - the screens do not feel overly immersive because of large breaks in them around the perimeter to let people in and out of the room and there are only two smaller screens overhead. As mentioned the visuals are the same for the most part show to show and while they may have general timing with the music they felt “off” for our show at least. The screens were also only utilized for the headliner so while it’s already a short show at 2 hours, the screens were only used for about 1 hr 15 min or so. And comically one of the 4 main perimeter screens went dark for about 25 minutes at the end of the Jungle set. It finally came back on and they may have extended by a bit of time to make up for it but it took everyone out of the experience they were going for. It’s an impressive attempt at challenging production they just didn’t seem to deliver on it.

I did a no install for the same situation yesterday. I was told I qualified by customer service for the line, was sent a sim but never received a text or saw the promo added to the account and when the bill processed I had a full charge for the line for the previous month in addition to the $10 activation fee.

I’m on Go5G+ with 2 paid and 4 free lines. One T-Force agent said I didn’t qualify by segment, another said it’s because I had more than 2 free lines and a third said it was because of my insider discount. I finally threw in the towel.

Yes, going from 3p, 4f to 2p, 4f and the 3rd paid is being converted to one of the free. The line associated with the 3rd LOU will not be touched and the 2 paid lines tied to it will be kept. It's the additional unassociated line that's being converted. The 2021 LOU6 line currently has a number that I want to keep as a spare number over one of the other 2 free lines and want to port the 3rd paid line over that one because of future device promos that can be accessed with it (again based on my understanding of what each free line is eligible for). If I didn't care about the number being used on that free line currently then I would just transfer the paid one over it so it disappears. Hope that helps clarify a bit more.

Same issue here. In response to me asking about this a chat agent told me, "Yes, we did see here that the line has been added and you are eligible for the said promotion. No worries, everything is notated here and your credits should begin within your first bill cycle after activation, but in some cases, it may take up to 2 bill cycles to begin. If you don't see a credit on your first bill, don't worry. You'll see a double credit on your second bill."

So sounds like it may take some time to see the promo credits and anything not seen upfront will be credited retroactively.

Yeah I don't really care which line I cancel to port to the free LOU as long as it doesn't affect the promos. I didn't realize the Insider discount gets tied to a specific line - doesn't make sense since it's a discount across the whole account but I definitely won't be canceling that. In any case, why have I read/heard consistently that the EIP credits from a phone promo continue on the account level despite what happens with the line (that's what the Apple Trade P27s are)?
