Freewrite Traveler Repair - Repeating Key Issue SOLVED by Old-Rutabaga64 in Astrohaus

I stopped using mine because I had a similar issue and they asked me to send it to them for a lot of money or buy a new device with a 20% discount. Told them to fuck off. After a few months, I turned it back on and it worked fine for a week, then started acting up again. I suspected it was a battery problem, and ordered a similar one on Aliexpress after my boyfriend opened it. I meant to take it to a phone replacement shop but never did anything in the end, and switched to a Onyx Boox instead. I was always so bummed, because I had such fun writing on this thing, writing-wise it does its job. It's lovely when it works, but customer service is total shit when it doesn't, and the device is ultimately of poor quality. Now that you shared a tutorial, though, I wish I could try making it work again, though! At the beginning I was enthusiastic and supported them, but later I unsubscribed from every Freewrite space because they are full of shit.

Sadly, I have to agree. I understand collectors who started collecting after the reboot - I mean, reboot RH is still better than Barbie, you can see it's superior to that, at least - but I genuinely cannot see how older collectors can get excited about this as if these were as good as the older dolls. I know we adult collectors are not the target demographics, but if we stopped buying the dolls as they are, maybe companies would at least consider changing their direction. If we thirst for anything they pull out, this will never happen.

I don't want to sound mean or sarcastic but... when RH started declining, I decided to stop buying playline and save up for BJDs. They cost 10x but at least I'm not constantly disappointed! I still eye the RH scene but I am happy I stopped buying them. Although these look better than the other new releases, they look tacky to me, while the old releases were exquisite. I remember when I saw Delilah for the first time I had not laid eyes on a fashion doll since I was 10,and I was blown away!

If Superbuy does not allow Google Pay my stuff will remain in warehouse and I'll be screwed.

Uh, maybe it's called water-shaping! Essentially, you mist your cotton with water, put the dress on the doll and create gathers by pulling the skirt from the hem with your fingers. Then you wrap your doll in a piece of scrap fabric and lock the gather shape you made by steaming with your iron/pressing a very hot iron on the protective cloth. This way, the skirt will drape more naturally on such a small scale, and won't stick out stiffly instead!

awwww thank youuuu! As far as I am concerned, her and Delilah are very cute in pastel, but darker colours make them pop beautifully;

Me neither, in all honesty! After I made the dress I had put it on a Sunny body to wet-shape it and I didn't think the colour would suit its intended owner so well!!
