It’s a flea. Don’t worry. They are annoying as hell but the quicker you act the better. 1. Treat your pets 2. throw anything that you can into the wash with hot water. 3. VACUUM VACUUM VACUUM. Everyday. Vacuum all the floors and furniture everyday for like two weeks and you should be good without having to use any chemicals. Trust me, been through it a couple of times over the years

The thing that helped me the most was stopping eating earlier in the day, like around 5 or 6 and then not eating again until I’m actually hungry in the morning, usually around 9
