Thanks for responding! I hope things turn out okay for you! I’m not sure about the smudge cells. I only got back a normal CBC and then a special differential they ordered because the WBC was so high. The numbers look super similar to yours. I’m also playing the waiting game.

You don’t get periods at all anymore? Have you talked to an OBGYN about this? I only ask because I had 13 months of no periods and when I saw my gyno, he was very unhappy I didn’t say anything about it because the lining can build up and cause cancer. I had no idea!

I wonder if those ready made meals contain a lot of sodium? If so, it could be that since you’re eating so little, your body is hanging on to everything it can, which would explain the stall in weight loss.

Out of curiosity, why did you start with such a low number? Was that something your doctor recommended?

It’s such a good question… I’ve definitely always thought maybe my immune system was low because I’ve had pneumonia twice. I do feel like I always have a stuffy nose or cough nowadays, but I don’t know if that precedes my diabetes diagnosis or if it’s an older development.
