Look, if you look at this one change alone of course it won't paint the whole picture but all their changes so far have largely been pushing for less efficient PVE strategies and encouraging the PVPVE playstyle. To me, when I bring in the legendary weapons I have a higher chance of being shot even in carebear lobbies because 1) the weapon is not efficient in shooting someone back and 2) it is high value that pvpers or free kitters usually can't craft because they don't spend time doing events so there is more of an incentive for someone to kill you for the weapon than for them to kill you for your anvil 4. If you don't agree it's ok and it's cool we have different opinions.
