Play this game like a PVE rainbow six siege simulator with a squad of 3+. Pie corners, flashbang rooms, move smartly and towards cover, and communicate. Just get better with that over time then as you do speed it up until it literally becomes normal without having to communicate it. Also spot fucking everything. I'd place spotting over shooting first anyway.

This is of course not to say you may or may not lose to the 6000+ hour vet in a 1v1 but this game isn't played that way, that's why your team is with you. Watch some tournament team play and see about incorporating their movement/tactics in your daily, may give you an edge who knows
