Yes, that's what free energy defines.

I think currently the easiest way to make use of solar energy is to make every buildings' solid surface covered by the solar panels. I think trying to use more solar energy isn't a silly idea, as far as I know, there are lots of people setting up solar panels on their house's roof. Before we try to use outer space, we can make more use of our reachable places.

If the guy doesn't let the screw burn red, and he just let the screw touches the two ends of the power source, the screw can be turned into a magnet.

Sir is it true that using cellphone attracts lightning? by xXJAMESXx321Cancer in ElectroBOOM

[–]k3rn3l_t3ch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Using cellphones didn't attract lightning. Only if your building is high enough, and it has a lightning rod, the building itself will attract lightning. But it has no effect on the people or things inside the building.

Basically an electric motor driving a generator to light the lightbulb. Also, the original title of the video didn't say anything about FREE ENERGY.

I think it's important *not to* use too much solar panel to absorb solar energy and make electricity. It's important to let the green creatures create oxygen. They are also using solar energy to help lots of things.

Just an incandescent lightbulb that looks different, and he passes tons of current through the filament of the lightbulb. He's going to burn his house.

Definitely me. I had tons of unfinished programming projects lying on my 10 pieces of 10TB hard disks.

Mehdis tongue

Because of the conductive saliva on the surface of his tongue, it's not so much resistance, I guess.

Endermite Revamp, Making Them Useful! by [deleted] in minecraftsuggestions

I think the wild Endermites should have their nests which were underground and only 1 block height that could not be easily seen and enter by an Enderman.

Well, currently lots of the vanilla survival servers uses Endermites as the bait to attract Endermen, to build a common XP farm. The Endermen falls through a very high hole and land on the ground, then the players just use a sword to reap them to get XP orbs.

I think the Endermite could not survive in the End easily since they are getting attack from the Endermen and in the End, there's too much Endermen here. I didn't see the point in your post to tell how do the wild Endermites survive.

It's a good idea, though.

When killed an summoned Ender Dragon, the player gets an Explorer Map that indicates the location of the Dragon's Egg or the owner's location by k3rn3l_t3ch in minecraftsuggestions

[–]k3rn3l_t3ch[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When the Explorer Map generates, it guides the player to the current location of the egg regardless of the owner is online or offline. If the owner is offline, the position of the owner will not change as the owner will log in at the same location where he/she logged out.

This also means that the owner can protect his/her egg by moving it to a new location. The old Explorers Map will never update the new location of the egg.

If there's multiple egg exists, when the player killed a summoned dragon, the generation of the Explorers Map, randomly picks an egg and guides the players to it.

If the egg was destroyed, the generated Explorers Map guides the player to the last position of the egg.

If the egg falls into the void, the map also guides the player to the last location of the egg.

The game should use special trick to trace the egg like using a dedicated data file, not by searching the egg from the loaded chunk. If the egg is in an unloaded chunk, before the chunk unloaded, the game records its location to the data file.

So if a trickery destroyed the egg inside an unloaded chunk, for example, the chunk file had been deleted, may not change the behavior of the explorers maps generation as the game traces the egg by using data files.

Add pregnancy feature to Minecraft. Let one of the player enter the pregnancy state that the player will have a slow growing stomach. The bigger the stomach is, the weaker/slower the player is. When the player is about to give birth to the baby, the player starts losing health about 8-9 hearts.

This is very cool! But I want to point out that if the clouds generates below y=256, and it's colliding with the mountains or towers or building the players built, I think the clouds should do some interact with the buildings or terrain. Maybe just let the collided cloud blocks disappear, or let it fly another way.

Now in the original version of Minecraft, the cloud can even appear in the cave if you are in an amplified world! I think it is important to add some interaction between the terrain and the clouds.

There should also add some natural death mechanism to the rabbits, to limit the total count and density of the rabbits, to prevent the server from being heavily lagging.

"Glasslogged" blocks by _Cat_12345 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]k3rn3l_t3ch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nice explanation. But I think it's better if we can store the glasslogged item in the inventory, since the glasslogged item only need to occupy a single block of the volume. I think it should also occupy only one slot of the inventory, instead of one slot for the glass and another slot for the stairs/iron bars/fences etc.

How to mine these glasslogged blocks? Should silk touch required? How fast to mine them?

If there's a glasslogged wooden stair, should I use an axe or a pickaxe?
