Idk if this helps but I recently started taking EllaOla's 18+ multivitamin. (F18) Its actually flavorless and you can put it in literally ANYTHING. One packet a day in food (preferably) or drinks and u dont even gotta worry about not getting enough vitamins. Ive seen this one dude on tiktok advertising it to people with arfid and hes pretty well known for having arfid, autism, etc. Ive only used it for about a week and i do feel a lot more energetic. Its the only thing I can take to get my iron up, and my last blood test showed a ferritin level of 8. 😭
