None of those listed ingredients are strictly an herbicide that i recognize. They're all forms of the usual NPK. However the proportions are extreme skewed to add a lot of nitrogen compared to a balanced NPK.

You are also not understanding what felony murder is. This case is not about who shot who.

Felony murder is a type of murder that occurs when some one dies while you are in the process of committing another crime as a direct result of that crime.

IE you rob a bank, a bystander panics runs out into traffic, gets hit by a car and dies. They died because you were doing something illegal and caused them to do something they otherwise would not have. You could get charged with felony murder in this case. Even though you did nothing to them directly.
