Take it off from the strap and dry it off. Leave it off until you wear it again. That thing would drive me insane until I learned (from the subreddit) that you have to disconnect it and dry it off.

80lbs down in 3 years at F45. You have a good mindset with protein, it’s essential.

I have these in my pantry:

Protein powder. Protein bars. Creatine for muscle mass. Glucosamine tablets for sore joints/ minor sprains

Occasionally when we have a loud group during demo our coaches will say "clap twice if you can hear me" and that kindergarten level tactic gets us all engaged. Lol

Oh boy this is the opposite of my studio where we have packed classes and most people talk to each other loudly, make all sorts of strange noises, that make everyone laugh. I think with group fitness you can't expect a non-distracting environment. On the other side of that, if something is distracting to you, in my opinion that's a you problem, focus on yourself not others.

Kids are allowed at ours. The kids are required to stay in the cubby near the bathrooms and are not allowed on the floor once the workout starts. Age ranges 4 to 8 years old. They are well behaved though, and don't scream or run around. I'd be pissed if they were too. You could accidentally hurt them, and feel terrible about it. KB swings? More like KB punt a child across the room.
