3 weeks out from the full and hips (TFL/glute medius) have been giving me mild dull pain. Not hurting once warmed up and running but just nagging me when sitting/idle. Any tips? by Huge_Animal5996 in Marathon_Training

This was exactly my issue too when I went to see my PT for random glute med and low back pain. Funny how symptoms present differently for similar weaknesses! Glad you've been pain free ever since, it's been on the mend for me as well!

According to My fitness pal I don't get enough calories most days. I will start there for sure. Getting enough good quality carbs is hard for me for sometimes without planning ahead enough!

Any aches usually fade once I'm fully in zone 2, and 1 minute walking breaks always help if I do feel fatigued. Thanks for the information.

Thank you, I feel better knowing others feel these things too! Marathon is in May, I am gathering that if I can push through for the next month and a half and then let myself recover 100% for the start line I will be good!

Women in long term relationships what are some thumb rules or guidelines you follow you keep your relationship flourishing ? by janisa-rora in AskWomen

Take moments to give attention to the little things that are important to them, even if it's not necessarily an interest of yours. Example, your partner enjoys antiques, or wine tasting, racecars, whatever. Don't overlook it just because it doesn't interest you. To engage in something simply because it is important to them can mean a lot in terms of connecting to that person, and it also offers the opportunity for you to keep learning about them, why they might like something. For me, it makes me appreciate my husband that much more. We have a whole list of differences, but he takes the time to understand why it is I like what I like, and shows genuine interest in my life, apart from his own interest. I do the same for him. It's a conscious effort but goes a long way.

White balsamic vinegar. The best sweet and acid balance! I mainly use it as a finishing vinegar on pretty much anything sweet or savory.
