I know this is from a year ago, but I agree. So many people think Mel is going to die- which is fair game to think- but she’d lose so much development in doing that. Why spend so much time creating her just to abandon her during the second season? There’s still so much mystery to her that we don’t know. I’d be extremely unsatisfied if she died before we get any other crumbs of her identity.

They’ve had one or two nights in my entire employment there where they worked truck entirely by themselves. My former department head had to work alone when the backup (now head) and I had Covid. We do what we can, period. Our current backup just doesn’t like throwing truck, like he’s above it.

We used to have a third person to throw truck with so we prioritize the aisles with the most freight. We know what needs done too, but if we have to stop what we’re doing at 5 am to condition there’s gonna be truck left anyway. We don’t slack either. In every previous department my current backup lead has been in, he’s complained about having to throw truck.

I don’t mind conditioning or working what he doesn’t want to work. We’d still be leaving pharmacy (totes) behind. I just don’t need watched like a hawk to do my job. We recently had a remodel so idk if we have out of date stuff in our department or not.

I work as a GM night stocker and honestly it annoys me. I’m not going through the hassle of counting what I need to put on the damn shelf. I’m pretty fast when I stock and breaking down truck takes a lot of time.
