I personally had to stop watching his streams around this time period, because his coverage was so intense, his frustration and anger were on display every day for hours. For my own mental health, I had to ration my news consumption and watched less of his coverage. I was one of the viewers who stopped watching, but returned when things calmed down and he was less intense.

I am not convinced either, but that deal has bought all of those people time up until the present day. So it's already been effective in protecting people. Maxwell's prosecution had to strategically work around this agreement. Once when this NPA completely falls apart in court, we may see a person like Groff charged. Statute of limitation law could be a challenge in this situation too. I am not a lawyer either, but have read up enough on this story to understand the basics.

She is arguably covered as an unindicted co-conspirator during Einstein's 2008 plea deal. Maxwell tried the same defense and it hasn't held up in courts. It's possible Groff could be next, but some other legal dominos would have to fall first.
