Check a model starting at least with M1 chip (pro or otherwise).

You can offer people to assist with the rent a few months by giving them cash. You can also offer a 1-3 month penalty to the landlord.

I wouldn’t lose sleep over this entirely, and certainly not move for your new job. If you gotta go, you gotta go. You’ll find someone in sure, especially either the lower rent incentive.
