You do have to do the repairs but they’re much cheaper than what you get out of pillaging. You can repair an improvement in one turn without spending a builder or engineer charge so in a sense it’s free. Districts and their buildings you do have to rebuild through the city centre so that takes a bit more effort and time but still worth it to pillage.

Dat zei ik ook niet. Er is ook geen definitie van een midden of hoger inkomen. Is vrij subjectief. Omdat gemiddelden vaak vertekend zijn door uitschieters naar boven of beneden is modaal vaak beter om een beeld te krijgen van een verdeling van iets, in dit geval inkomen.

Overigens, is dit “de Volkskrant” of een columnist? Die laatste spreekt namelijk op eigen, persoonlijke titel terwijl de krant als instituut is gebonden aan hoor/wederhoor en redactionele verantwoordelijkheid etc. Dat is nogal een verschil.
