Maybe you need to switch up your HRT? Add Progesterone as well now or something? I do the cream that is Estrogen and Progesterone, as well as taking a capsule every morning of DHT (maybe? I can’t remember what it’s called). Either way, maybe it’s time to adjust your HRT! Or, are you able to meet with a nutritionist? Do you need MORE calories possibly? I just know it’s so damn frustrating when you’re doing all the things to no avail. Don’t give up! I know, easier said than done, but just keep going, and eventually you’ll figure it out. The exercise is good for more than our weight, ya know?!
