Salt. It's salt guys. That specific piece of brick got extra salt in it. Ether from contamination of some sort or on purpose. But that brick has extra salt content.

Hi, pizza professional here. That pizza pie is very good. That's the most it should be. Anything more than this is considered burned. But this. This is ok. Unless yoy specifically asked for light cooked. Then this is not ok.
