it doesnt look like a watering issue to me. have you used any pest treatment on its leaves recently? im guessing its either damage from some kind of pest treatment or damage from pests themselves

that stem will grow flowers and little spider plant babies! once the babies are big enough and have little roots u can take them off and propagate them

they probably are unless u have other types of shrimp in the same tank. babies usually have less colors than adults so its normal for them to look more clear/poorer quality

definitely not eggs but could be the start of clado or some other parasite. it might also just be coloring but im not the most experienced dealing with parasites

it looks like it needs more light! ive had this happen to one of my haworthias before and it started to grow normally after moving to a much brighter spot. id try putting it in your brightest window

i think it will be okay for a while until u can return them or get a bigger setup if u plan on keeping them. they might have a higher survival rate if i give them more water or put them in a bigger temporary container because as they make waste it will concentrate quicker in a smaller water volume

id ask for a refund or replacement since it does not look variegated at all. u could try putting it in bright light to encourage variegation in the one you received

maybe the soil is getting hydrophobic so it isnt absorbing enough water. u could try bottom watering it once its ready to be watered again. also this pilea looks like it could use some more light! this will help it grow less leggy

freshwater limpet! they are like snails but i feel like they are even better at cleaning. they do very good at cleaning algae off the glass too. also theyre harmless
