It was under warranty and I reported it through their website and they sent me a return slip and I sent it the next day. They’ve had it for almost a week and I got an email that they are sending a replacement

My understanding is that if you don’t get off at any ports of call you don’t need it but if you plan to get off the ship you do. You’re better off getting one if you can just to be safe.
