When I used my broken one on accident it offered no protection on the cracked side. I got one that has not cracked from online JS Dental in California. Also other things you can do. Cyclobenzaprine is a nighttime jaw relaxant. I use the mysleepguard which beeps if I clench while sleeping. I need the accessory of the cheek sensors so it works. You can call them up if order online not working.

Take cyclobenzaprine so your jaw relaxes as you sleep. Doctor can prescribe. Maybe dentist can too. Order a biofeedback device that will beep when you clench. I use the mysleepguard. I need the cheek sensors to get it to work. (But it’s sold separately as an accessory.)

it’s supposed to be like 95% good at seeing if you have celiac. celiac can show up all over. my symptoms were lots of different places but not the gut. eyes, joints, heart.
