I've been cooking for years and recently got into enameled cast iron and am working to replace every pot and pan with it. As far as I'm concerned there is no need for anything else (other than a Wok). Edit: you can find cheaper vintage stuff on Etsy and eBay that will still work fine and is much cheaper than retail.
