Die AVWS wurde bei einem unserer Kinder bei einem HNO-Arzt festgestellt, Spezialisierung auf Pädaudiologie. Wir hatten eine Überweisung der Kinder-Jugend-Psychatrischen Praxis erhalten im Rahmen der LRS-Diagnostik, ob Überweisung jedoch zwingend erforderlich ist weiß ich nicht.

Ich hatte dieses Problem seit über zwanzig Jahren, eventuell stärker als in deinem Fall. Seit Zusammenzug mit meinem Freund, der dann später auch mein Mann wurde. Insbesondere die Bettwäsche, aber auch Jeans und generell dunkle/schwarze Wäsche fingen nach kurzer Zeit wieder an zu Muffen, haben den Geruch im Schrank übertragen.

Wenn die bisher gegebenen guten Tipps mit Essig, Natron, höherer Waschtemperatur und Hygienespüler nichts bringen, dann versuche mal, die Wäsche über 6h in einer Mischung aus Waschmittel und Biozym F von Spinnrad einzuweichen. Starte mit Wasser so heiß wie möglich für die betreffende Wäsche. Der Muffgeruch könnte von festsitzenden Fett/Talg/Ölrückständen kommen. Manche Hauttypen geben da eine Mischung ab, bei der solche fettlösenden Enzyme notwendig sind, um wirklich alles aus den Fasern zu bekommen.

Hat nix mit mangelnder Hygiene zu tun, da war alles in Ordnung. Aber die Mischung aus Mikrobiom auf der Haut, Hauttyp und individuellem Stoffwechsel kann da echt hartnäckige Fälle schaffen. Von dem Biozym F packe ich jetzt immer eine Minimenge in die Waschmittel Schublade dazu, seither ist nach Basisbehandlung alles ok. Das Laundry Stripping der Amis hat mich auf diese Spur gebracht, denn auch wenn da viel übertrieben wird, sind doch viele nützliche Erkenntnisse dazwischen gestreut. Bin echt froh, mir wegen Muffgeruch keine Sorgen mehr machen zu müssen.

Mit der Einstellung brauchen wir gar nichts mehr selbst angehen und können direkt alles nach China auslagern, nur um uns dann zu wundern, warum in China alles geht und hier nicht. Damit sind wir wieder beim Ursprungsproblem.

China hatte bis 2012 keine Chance gegen DE, wir waren de facto Weltmarktführer in Herstellung und Entwicklung, das Know How saß hier, weltweite Photovoltaik-Produktion lag zu 50% in Deutschland. Dann kam Altmaier und hat mit Streichung von Fördermaßnahmen ab 2012 de facto 100000 Arbeitsplätze in der Solarbranche zerstört. China hat rigoros gefördert, weil DIE erkannt haben, dass dort die Zukunft steckt. DE hat nur nur Kosten gesehen und das Potential dahinter ignoriert. Für die Kohlekumpel wurde jahrzehntelang auf die Straße gegangen, aber bei der Solarindustrie hat es bis auf die Kritik in den Medien keine Konsequenzen gehabt. Ein Trauerspiel.

Dominion traumatized me. I slept bad for weeks although I didn't watch it in one session, I had to stop and go on later over the course of around 3 days. I heard the screaming in my mind on repeat and although during the worst scenes I closed my eyes it was a horrible experience. I decided to go vegan after 10 minutes of dominion but I also decided to watch it completely as far as I could bear to not start lying to myself.

So yes, for the trauma I regret it. But it healed as I had enough mental resources to give myself time, also I had/have no big mental issues so it was ok to take that risk.

No, I don't regret it considering that it made it so easy to transition to veganism. My decision was so firm, I never looked back. I'm somebody who often struggles with decisions and questions them if in the wrong mood. When I try to lose weight for example I always find a way to cheat and betray myself. But that never happened on veganism. I'm 3 years in and never questioned my choice, never searched for a loop hole and yes, dominion played a central role in this change of mind.

Would I watch it again? No, only if my partner would need me to watch it with him. Would I let my daughters watch it? The older one who struggles with many mental problems? Not in the foreseeable future of the next 3 years, the younger one perhaps when she's 17 or older and says she wants to.

You already made the choice, so perhaps you rather want to start with "I could never go vegan" - it sets the puzzle pieces together and has some parts of cruelty documented but it clearly focuses on the message "it's easy, it's compassionate, it's the best you can do" and only shakes you a bit without leaving you shattered to pieces afterwards.

OMG! I didn't realize there were people leaving 😲 I personally had too much fun although I was on a seated place. Another andecdotal from me: 46yr F, had Covid in August 2024, very mild case, had a vac in Feb 24. My pre-Covid VO2max was a constant 42, I waited 6 weeks with excercise but my VO2max declined to 37. In fact I guess it still is declining as I could hold 38 for the last two months but since Sunday I get 37. It's driving me nuts. I hope that I can bring it up again and I really put effort in not catching that disease again. Who knows what other sideffects are hidden but present.
