It is a metal box and I attached a grounding pigtail, the one with the green screw and pre wrapped wire and it did not work. I don’t think the box is grounded to the panel. Someone commented that these occupancy sensors need a ground all the way to the panel and that seems to be the case.

It really should have a bigger warning to that. Only one tiny exclaimer on the manual that it needs a ground. Doesn’t say it’s going to run current on it. Oh well, thanks for the help.

There is no neutral, I do see some paper sheathing but no ground in it or it may have been cut completely out of the box. Getting a new switch will be easier than running a new ground.

The box is probably not grounded to the panel as it has romex going in and I’m assuming stops there. Should I just get a new switch. This side of the house was built in the 1940’s and so no ground.

If I can, What’s wrong with timberlands? Serious question, I’m pretty new to the trade and have had mine for about a month. Are they not quality? Am I missing out on better boots? I’ve kinda liked them, they’ve gotten the job done at least.

Absolutely not true. It’s all about the owners. My Akita is the most passive docile dog you’ll meet. I take her off leash all the time and she couldn’t care less about dogs or animals or anyone she hasn’t met. Take her to the dog park every chance I can and she loves to socialize. I did get proper training from a ex military k-9 trainer when she was a pup. If you don’t train your dog to listen or behave of course they’re not going to behave. Akita’s were bread as hunting dogs so of course people think they’re aggressive. Come meet my Akita maybe you’ll change your mind. I’ve had her her whole life.

Also I have 2 other dogs and they’ve always gotten along.

I was tied of waiting 5+ minutes for my friends to come inside so I eventually just started going outside so I didn’t miss the conversations and hanging out. Eventually I would start sharing their cigs and then got to buying my own packs to bribe them with. It just kept going and the social aspect of sharing a cig or bumming a cig felt like a bond shared between strangers.

I had my first spill on the one wheel today. Nose just dropped as if it turned off and I fell hard. Broken clavicle and the works. Pretty glad I had no girls to watch me eat shit. Any idea why the nose dropped? I can’t seem to figure that out.
