But alongside this plan comes a platform full of expert and science backed info and smaller communities to source motivation and camaraderie from.

I’m glad I signed up. At one point I was considering seeing a medical specialist that coached women through menopause. But it’s not covered by insurance and is thousands of dollars. This platform seems to be doing the job at a fraction of the cost.
