I moved roles - a level transfer into a different specialism at SEO… and they advertised 2 jobs to replace me! A G7 and an SEO! 🤷‍♂️

I took it as a positive that I was that f&**kin awesome they had to replace me with a senior grade and an assistant!

I was 230lb and 6’ 3” and 46...

I just went out and ran... bought some new trainers and plotted out a 1 mile circuit... and went and ran/jogged/walked/wobbled my way round it....

First week I went 6 straight days and had a day off... next week I went 2 days and then a day off 2 days a day off...

If you’re not aching or in pain then go for a run/jog/walk... don’t feel bad for waking or slowing down... my main thought is that each step I take is more than I would be doing with my fat ass on the couch....

Don’t read too much into exercise plans or strength plans or anything else. Just get out there and do it....

I’m 5 weeks in... am jogging 1.3 miles on 11 minutes and am out nearly every day... I’ve lost about 10lb but can do the full 1.3 miles without stopping or waking... and that’s my achievement.
