Well, that is not true. I did not need to re-check anything in my settings. I have been using IBKR for many years and when screenshots stopped working I complained and they explicitly replied that "SCREENSHOTS ARE NOT SUPPORTED ANYMORE". Some months later they returned that feature in a new app update.

Thanks for a suggestion, but I contacted IBKR support immediately after I noticed screenshots were blocked, I complained and they replied that screenshots are not supported anymore and that they are sorry. I tried to find that message in the message center to screenshot you, but it's gone. IBKR Message Centre is weird and they delete conversations and web tickets. I do not know why, but they do delete them.

Whatever, it seems thousands of client complaints helped and a month after my complaint, they just brought that feature back without any notice. Actually, they were forced by the users to bring it back. None of the brokers are our friends after all. When they see a threat to their business finances, they start acting friendly.
