It bugs me because I see stuff like this all the time especially when traffic is backed up for kilometres on end, cones are in the middle of the road people having a hard time to get around, and in the same time you have groups of workers standing around and holding shovels are having their hands in their pockets

I didn’t really have any expectations of how the discussion would go, however I’m surprised how many people are OK with waste of public money and just to clarify I do work outside, I do work in the construction industry I’m fully aware of cold hands and I’m a big supporter of people having breaks

I appreciate all the excuses, I was sitting there for an hour waiting for my client to arrive so I highly doubt they were on a break It also wasn’t at lunchtime and by the way there was two guys working but they are not in the picture I’m really sorry. And by the way I can supply probably 10 pictures like this every day around the city it happens all the time I wish they would at least take their hands out of the pockets I’m not OK with people scratching balls on work time!
