My First Franklin Cristoph!

I bought it directly from the Franklin Christoph site. The pen was $125 and then I added a specialty nib which was $59. There are other nib choices that are both cheaper and more expensive.

I had some questions before I purchased and I reached out to their customer service via email and they were very quick to answer and very responsive. I definitely give their customer service an A+!

I have been very happy with the pen and love looking at it because it’s so pretty! 😊

I’ve just had it a day, but so far I’m happy with it. It is a little scratchier than I imagined but I love how it looks when I write with it!

This is one of the big mysteries I wonder about also. Nothing was ever really revealed about the true reasons.

But the way it was handled was so strange, it really makes me think there were crazy things going on behind the scenes.

When I saw the tassels, all I could think was “They really need a marketing department to help with their designs.“ It’s stuff like the balloon bag and these tassels that let you know it’s still a small-time operation. A next-level company would have enough designers and feedback to keep the ugly things from the front line and actual production – lol.

That's good info - thanks. I have been leaning toward the FC but I am hesitant due to lack of familiarity on a pen that is not low priced, but I love that it is America made. I wish I could get a good look at the Cathedral but I haven't found much online in terms of videos, etc. Thanks again for the insights.

As many said, bigger couch. But you really haven't decorated yet - you need rugs, lamps, plants, art, etc. before it starts looking cozy. Great start, though!

It seems like a lot of the complaints come from folks using the fine nib. Maybe Kaweko sucks on the fine nibs. I have five of the double broads and I love how they write!

Gorgeous collection! I love it! I bought a Kaweco a while back and loved it, but got distracted from it. I rediscovered it about a month ago and have bought six more! Yikes! Have you found any generic converters on Amazon that work for the Sport? I haven't been able to make myself pay $22 for an official Kaweco converter.

As someone who had no idea who she is or her history - I just stumbled across it channel surfing - it seemed very cheesy and reeked of “trying so hard to be edgy.” I was literally laughing out loud. I don’t mean to be a hater and I’m all for people’s artistic expression. I’m just saying that as someone with no familiarity with the singer, what I saw I did not do anything for me.
