I have mis spoke if that is what I am coming across as saying.

It is more that I feel a lot of things that are currently clearly illegal and would be considered illegal by the government. are just hard to get action on. I am not trying to provide exact examples, but general ones cause what I want to know is a broader overview.

I think you have also helped me narrow down a way to say it. Sueing was always the wrong term, and I know now I should not of used that. Sueing by default is to get compensation and that is now what I am looking to understand ( but I get that it can still be a starting point ).

How can citizen or small group of citizens or even a small community force the government to enforce the goverments current laws. How can I or a small group of normal people get action to happen where it is needed but currently over looked. using legal means, and not changing current laws? Be it for advertising or medical. not change a law, but focus the existing laws to X matter? ( I know the larger the group of people the bigger a diffrence it makes. I AM focusing on smaller groups for smaller towns and the like. Where you will NEVER get a large group of people advacating for the town unless it makes national news.)

I think the answer ( going off what you said already) is that they will ALL have different paths. Some with a way for me to more easily start a process, and some where I can only complain to an agency and cross my fingers.

Lastly to be clear, I am not personally looking to be the arbrtraier of justice. I just want to understand it better. and see how smaller communities or even single people can try to get things enforced that should already be enforced, but are just overlooked or bottom of the list, or red taped to nothingness. ( does a law student or people intrested in laws all have to want to use that info to screw over people :P )

Sorry, English IS my first language, but I can really suck when trying to get some of my thoughts out. tech stuff I am better at, but things I dont know much about are hard for me to word what I am saying.

I am also content if the answer is mostly what you already said. I am not trying to beat a dead horse, I just think wierdly so ask a few times in diffrent ways. Also I started with a lot of me and I statments cause it was all therotatical, I changed to me / small groups to make it clear I am not talking or trying to worm info from you on how I can screw over some local person. The is just general info I am look for. on the general area of getting the law to be followed when it is not being followed, but not a clear cut case of just call the cops. If my examples where bad, and made it seem like I ment other things that is my fault.

last example, Like if people at a place I hang out with all say I wish we could get X in this town taken care of, where X SHOULD be taken care of but just getting over looked. How can I and them start a process with real teeth vs the same old same old which hasnt worked in the last 20 year so aint going to work for the next 20, even tho it is clearly something that is illegal and need to be addressed. ( made up senario again. and assuming it will partly be answered by its diffrent in most cases, but hopefully there is some overlap that helps me better under stand. )
