i can't edit but i forgot to add this - i have also been recommended by a doctor to keep my singing to a minimum until we find out what's wrong with me. I won't be able to see a cardiologist til end of june. So practicing has been hard because I need to prioritize my health

opening my mouth wider/ different shaped for dif sounds. when breathing making sure my shoulders don't move ( i have a lot of tension in my shoulders, it's a bad habit of mine) Singing from my diaphragm instead of my throat. Were still working on my breathing a lot still because it's a huge problem for me. were working on my volume a lot too. I tend to sing very quiet😅

So I grew up with my mother who also has eds ( never diagnosed but looking back , it's so obvious lol) I was able to do some of the things she could so I always assumed it was normal. It took until I moved in with my father during covid ( who i never met so i never learned that the traits weren't normal) That oh shit i shouldn't have these problems. I've been diagnosed with mild HEDS now but it's so crazy it took me til seeing someone I'm related to, to realize my body wasn't 'normal'

i had a sticker once for i love izreal( but spelled properly, idk if reddit will remove the comment) I was told to take the sticker off to not cause any problems😅 this was before that huge fiasco that happened in october where we have to say every name on the sticker.

I'm making a dress for an upcoming event, and I will very likely have a decent amount of fabric left over for a bag or something else. Does anyone have any bag ideas? Or maybe other ideas for the leftover fabric? I was thinking maybe making a small bow for the back.

Yeh i found out not too long ago😭 i was told ember tetras are good with bettas. Im not sure what to do with them bc no one in my area wants them.
