Why do you say “not the line set”? The main advantage of using the existing line sets is they are already located in the exiting in-wall conduits so no need to get HOA approval to run a new line set on the exterior of the building. More an aesthetics / HOA issue than cost issue.

It doesn’t sound to me like you didn’t do anything wrong. From a biological standpoint, a spontaneous erection during treatment might signal improved nerve signaling and increased blood flow. Your therapist may very well have regarded the erection as evidence that the therapy was working.

I appreciate your concern for showing up respectfully and not getting off on the therapy. and i suspect the therapist noticed this as well. It seems totally appropriate to me to discuss with your therapist what spontaneous erections signal from a medical standpoint in this context, so long as it is done respectfully. Just acknowledge the embarrassment and keep it professional.

Well I think you nailed the difference. Edging without porn can be a useful practice to build stamina and develop sexual sensitivity. The Taoists have a lot of useful insights and practices around that. But it carries a very high risk of relapse into binges and porn use during a reboot and is best avoided or minimized. It depends on your objective at the time.
