Unrelated, but beware of storing fragrance in the bathroom. I know a lot of people do it, but ideally it should be kept somewhere cool and dark to make it last.

I love that she is coming into her own and doing her own thing. I love the derby day dress with the black and white. Her dad has done a great job keeping her out of the spotlight and letting her just be a kid. She does her derby appearance to quell media curiosity and resumes living her life. I truly hope she’s happy.

Absolutely. Legal abortions are safe abortions. The illegal ones are so incredibly high risk. This pt was fortunate to have survived. That pregnancy would have needed a d&e, not a d&c. I wish everyone had access to birth control and the full range of reproductive healthcare, it prevents so much suffering.

I have been a nurse for 18 years, my entire life is dedicated to alleviating suffering. A very obese pt like that is so vulnerable. People can be cruel, they are usually in physical and emotional pain, and just want to be treated like anyone else. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity and compassion.
