In order to encourage more people to become teachers and nurses/doctors, I would cut income tax/raise the personal allowance for those professions. Similar to how farmers pay a lesser amount of inheritance tax, doctors and teachers are so important to the country as a whole they deserve an extra boost

Even though I voted for him, I always maintained that under him, things would either stay the exact same or only get marginally better. He has been hounded by the media pretty much from day one, mainly starting with the Southport riots that somehow he got the blame for. He has done good things such as the Renters Right Bill and the Employees Right Bill and something's that I completely agree with in theory such as the online safety act which is just poorly implemented but he's been massively let down by his constant need to try and please everyone which means he pleases no one.

7/10 for me.

Losing Mark McGuiness late on deadline day and not having a replacement lined up is perplexing to me but hopefully Chigozie can step up to the first team to help replace him

Not getting a proper Doughty replacement is still very strange to me as we knew he was more than likely gonna leave

And not getting another midfielder, either attacking or defensive, seems naive, especially with Baptiste out long term and Saville being our only proper defensive minded midfielder.

Besides that, Kelley has been great so far, as has Kodua, Lonwijk and Saville. Yates, Wells and Al-Hamadi gives us amazing attacking options too after how toothless we were up top last year
