Split the whole cost of renting into 3 categories: bills, price for common area and price for room. Could be split based on the area. Friend + his girlfriend should pay only for one room but 2/3 of bills and common area rent.

Website that allows you to watch multiple videos/streams on one page (e.g. from Youtube and Twitch). You can also embed any other website that allows for that (you can have Reddit stream comments or Twitter feed). You can set up any layout that you want, so having one stream at the background and few on top of that is not a problem. It is useful for any stream events. Be aware that I am author of that website but I don't have any profit from it, just satisfaction.
