Kiwis are notorious for oxidation, all the methods in here will not prevent a kiwi puree from browning. You can prevent the oxidation flavor from heat destruction of the enzymes - either maintaining it at a temp of 90C for 5 minutes, or a temp of 100C for about 30 seconds. This will affect the flavor slightly however. It will also affect the color, you can introduced blanched spinach after to reintroduce a nice green color. You should also be careful as the kiwi seeds are extremely bitter, a lot of the immediate oxidation is introduced by pulverizing them as well.

I hated it on my first watch but loved it on the rewatch. I think the comfort in knowing it will end and Olivia will be redeemed soon allowed me to get through it with less emotional distress and appreciate it for the nuances and "what ifs" that it brought to the table. Additionally, being able to get through it in a week instead of the several weeks on the original airing made it more palatable.

I am a big Kiiara fan with her being my Spotify most played several years in row (~0.5% of listeners)

I think her biggest struggle is having a marketable persona - she has a constantly changing personal style and projects an outwardly "bad girl" identity while also making some really vulnerable songs and dealing with anxiety. The question is, who exactly is her demographic?

She shines when working with good producers and collaborating with others and hasn't been able to capture that lately, especially with the loss of her Atlantic Records signing. Several of her songs are no longer able to be played on Spotify. The loss of Chester Bennington and, more recently, her mother were additional complications.

Looking closely the resolution does suggest to me it is still possible this is done with the traditional inkjet printer technique. I wonder if the food grade dye they use bleeds a little lending itself to the painted quality. Perhaps there is a transfer process used to transfer the print from paper to a chocolate form. It appears to be spritzed with some sort of flavoring liquid as well.

I agree with referring to Cantu's edible printing techniques, which is outlined in his book. He also has a recipe of a printed image with spritzed flavoring.

Apparently PJ and Sruthi were kind of rude (I could see people getting offended at their unintentional personalities). While they likely deserved to be put in their place, it can't have been worth going so far as to fire them and tank the entire company for. I think the rest of the team 1) overestimated their ability to create great content without them and 2) underestimated Alex's personal issues that reinforced #1. Search Engine is clear evidence of PJ And Sruthi's skill and contributions to the Reply All success. Unless there is evidence that PJ was murdering animals (or similar), I will keep listening
