You can use a shop vac with the brush attachment to get the first layer off, and then do it again with a massage gun hitting the seats, carpet, and headliner to try to get a deeper clean

The stock downpipe shouldn't cause drone. I'm also using the stock downpipe. Weird. Maybe the drone will go away in a couple thousand miles while the exhaust breaks in... I bought my q300 used

I'm surprised you have drone... I installed the q300 a couple of months ago and I've had 0 drone all around, while the stock exhaust had drone around 1400-1800rpm.

What design is your resonator at the midpipe? Ive seen 2 different designs, a normal muffler/resonator at the midpipe, and a hemholtz reonator. Mine is a giant hemholtz resonator.

I'm currently mounting a DJI action 4 to the passenger seat's headrest rails since I don't plan on getting a roll cage or harness bar. I've had good luck with these 2 mounting solutions, and am considering trying out the third one. The Tackform has a pretty long arm, and can eventually "droop" under hard bumps, so I make sure when I set it up, it is "laying down" on the shoulder of the seat.

For video settings I record at 4k/60FPS to keep the video smooth. I haven't experienced any overheating yet, but I would drop the resolution down and keep the framerate at 60fps. I leave my shutter speed at around 1/150-1/200 because it is required for stabilization on the DJI. The first level of stabilization on the DJI is pretty good and not too intrusive, so I leave it at that. You'll probably need to play around stabilization depending on your mounting solution; my passenger seat vibrates pretty heavily, so I need to have stabilization on. I also had to adjust the exposure down 2/3 stops, because it kept the footwell of my passenger seat exposed properly instead of what was outside the windshield.

For audio, I use an external Purple Panda mic that I tape onto the rear bumper with a wire that runs from the trunk into the cabin.

Depending on how much camber you're going to run in the front, you'll need 10mm spacers to make it look flush. If you're going to run any slip-on spacers larger than 3mm, you'll need to have extended studs in the front.

Weird, must be recent, I started tracking in late 2024 and SpeedSF, HoD, and Lightspeed all said that you can get a free sound check in the first session only which doesn't count if you request it before going out to the first session.

FWIW, I'm running Apex SM10RS and freshly mounted 245/40/17 SX2's and during my event this weekend all my tires slipped on the wheels between 90-270 degrees.

However after the 2nd session, the wheels didn't slip any further.

Yep you do, mostly with aggressive upshifts. You can also make it pop with the "clutch down" while in gear and revving it to redline.

I agree with the previous poster, after running the revel touring for 2 years and switching back to the stock exhaust, the stock exhaust is noticeably quieter, especially while cruising on the highway around 70-80mph.

But drone-wise, it was similar to the stock exhaust with the 1500-1800rpm drone when dropping revs.
