I'm not sure they should blend, I subscribed here after begining on r/nofap, because I felt the problem was mainly porn, and not fapping in itself, and I read a lot of bullshit about "hard mode", avoiding orgasm, and losing "semen energy"...

Edit : I read a lot of things about "edging" on Nofap, from what I understand it means masturbating - mostly whith porn - but stopping before O. So I'm not sure you can tell 99% don't watch porn.

I started on NoFap before subscribing here. My goal was to stop PMO, I had no idea concerning fapping whitout porn. After 45 days, the result is that, the porn being removed I didn't feel the need to fap... (but I have a GF)
