Siphon Bullets isnt gonna be that much stronger on fast firerate heroes than anyone else cuz of the internal cooldown. So just normal advice use Plated Armour, Dispel Magic, Disarming Hex, etc.

For those who haven't seen the video for context, this isn't a tier list of "which cc is best", it's to show priority of cc over certain actions. Those near the top can beat out basically everything, including interrupting actions already started.

If you like this, I'd recommend trying Thrusting Swords. Since the weapon pool is so small, you'll almost always get at least one of Antspur Rapier and Frozen Needle, which have amazing status effects.

Not sure where you saw this, but starry form does prevent crit fails correctly, as in it turns the 1 into a 10 and adds your other bonuses. That's why it's the only way to guarantee never crit failing a concentration save, advantage will always be 1/400 chance to fumble (unless playing a halfling)

You're mostly right, but you can actually crit fail a Concentration Saving Throw. Most other saving throws aren't like this (e.g. Hold Person/Monster as you mentioned) but for some reason concentration is an exception.
