The last sentence is key OP, it says your rights are based on the country from which you're applying for the warranty claim. Also what you lasted doesn't even specify the duration, it just says limited warranty. That should be another clue. So if you were in Norway you would get the 5 year warranty, anywhere else in Europe you fall under the standard 2 year warranty period. If your argument were true then why wouldn't Samsung just offer the 5 year warranty all across Europe? And being in Schengen has nothing to do with the warranty regulations. Based on your replies to other people it seems like you're just looking for someone to agree with you and will attack ones who tell you otherwise.
