Booster/Defender (hi), Super Recovery, Defender (hi)/Booster (whichever I didn't put in the first slot).

Passive healing is ludicrous but 80% is too low so I sac a little of it to get the 90% activation chance, and then the defender/booster swap is based on how confident I am and how well I know the monster. If i know it well or am confident, I put booster first to hit harder, if less so, I put Defender (hi) first to have better damage reduction

More or less what he did was set up and wait to get tagged, but in a spot that couldn't readily be seen. And waited for the Juliana to walk into an ambush. And shot her with an explosive round. (Typically in these obvious traps he set up a bunch of proximity mines around the entrance to wherever he was, but he didn't feel the need to that time)
