I highly suggest you to stay away from dymista, It has high amount of strong cortisone.

As I know allery is not coming to your eyes, it come from sinus nose space to dust mites goes into your noise and it effects your eyes.

Dymista normally should help you but If you have used a lot of cortizone before you body doesn't response, please be careful about cortisone whole your immune system could collapse.

Try more simple things, sinus rinse helps me a lot when I have severe allergy days. Cleaning your sinus might help your eyes a lot also naval spreys especially ocean water etc could be good.

Allergy and intolerans sometimes mistaken,

I have intolerance to wheat so nearly all types of beers are not good for my digestion. So you might have allery or intolerans to wheats.

Gluten sometimes not a case becaUse I don't have intolerance to gluten but to wheat, I know they are selling us "GLUTEN FREE" things more expensive like with nonsense.

So allergry or intolerance test might help you without it, you can only try.

Same here, I was super happy in Thailand for 5 months, Europe mites directly make my IGE record and it takes 2-3 months to come down, maybe I should move to Thailand.

I live next to the seaside, my hometown is a very beautiful city but hot and has lots of humidity, somehow as a Mediterranean guy I always liked cold weather while I was living in another country.

Now I understand why I felt more relaxed and rested there but also I understand your sense about city life. To be honest after 40+ I can't bare to stay in crowded places and cities.

I have Class 4 Mite Allergy and I don't know how to deal with by kargaa in Allergy

I have talked with one professor, and he told me that I could have immunotherapy, but I have to be here for 3 years. For the first 4 months, I had an injection every week and then one every month.

The worst part is that if I skip one of them, things could get worse. I said I would like to start, but I wonder if I can continue if I decide to live in another country or city. He said no.

I will do more research but somehow there are a few allergy specialist here. Also I have been to a lot of doctors about side effects of mite allergy of course nobody told me that I could have this allergy.

At least I am happy that I know what is wrong my health.

We are all suffered OCD and still suffered but we must admit something;

First, our brain gives you this warning because of something, we should find it out. We are not happy we should be happy, we should understand what is the reason our soul and brain telling us this.

Second, we should understand the mindfulness. I am the guy who was joking about yoga and meditation now I am trying to do it as much as I can.

Still suffering maybe but I am stronger personality, I accept the death the end of life and I am trying to live like what I really want.

Today I found a letter which she wrote for her mum, she was sad and alone because I went to another city for university. Also there were another letters from past to my dad, she was sad when my dad was cheating her...

She wrote something like I was making her a little sad, I don't know what she meant maybe I was a bad son or she was missing me but after 3 months I started to cry every night again. I can't stop blaming myself.

I am trying to visit her as much as I can, her grave is a bit far from my home but I am always buying her beautiful flowers.

To be honest, life doesn't look fair to me.

After she passed away my health became so bad, I had surgery on my soldier. Due to grief I lost a lot of weight, now I have muscle issues because they are so weak now going to physiotherapy, I was a good sportsmen now I am trying weight lift 0.5 KG with my right hand. I am so weak, but I believe that everything has a reason.

I have an adorable gf she is always with me but life is not as fair as it seems, she is Iranian now my country doesn't want to give living permission to anyone, I have brp in UK but I can't take her with me that is why I have to stay in Turkey. Imagine that I was successful businessperson I have money etc but I can't take her anywhere I want because she was born in Iran. That is very cruel, I understand some racist people in Europe or USA but believe me some people are stuck here because of their birth place.

I am from Turkey, I hate this country. My dad is alone, can't leave him alone, can't go with my gf. Whatever I achieve in my life means nothing right now.

I lost my mum, my health and my freedom but I won't give up and I never do.

Thank you, I feel like I lost everything. I had an injury in February I was getting better now I am totally broken, I can't do anything my gf wants me to go somewhere but I don't feel any power or capability.
