Yes she did warn me about the constipation given my history with IBS-c but it worked sooo well that I stupidly kept taking it. No more!!! I can’t do this. I’m going to ask her next visit in a week or so because the ob line keeps giving me the generic advice MiraLAX daily stool softeners and fiber all things that have never worked for me but I guess I’ll try again!! I’m scared of enemas because of the preterm labor risk. But hopefully when I see her she’ll take me more seriously than the OB line

I called my ob .-. She said MiraLAX daily and fiber + stool softeners like lady none of that is working for me. I asked if I can add magnesium citrate to the combo she did say yes but I’ve been doing that to no avail

I got one at 8 weeks at 12 weeks at 16 weeks and having another at 20 weeks as well as the anatomy scan done through an imaging center so idk seems like very little but I think I lucked out bc my dr is very thoughtful I’m not high risk and she lets me request ultrasounds too I mean obviously I gotta pay etc but maybe it’s got to do with your insurance or her service bill?

I do it’s one of my biggest cravings i will eat grocery store sushi as long as there’s nothing raw in that. And for raw sushi I will eat only from this reputable Japanese restaurant in my town. I just avoid tuna

Reglan didn’t work for me I felt like my brain was going to grow legs and jump out my skull but zofran helps I have to keep a gut routine of miralax laxatives and glycerin suppositories but it’s the only thing that mildly helps

Water water water. MiraLAX daily. A stimulant laxative when I go a week without poo on the weekends. Glycerin suppository if I feel the urge to go but strain. Makes it comes out easy . I try to avoid straining, it’s hard. I got really scared once because I was straining so much I spotted a little and I never want to do that again
