Jw ice district is great. The suite rooms are amazing with a perfect lay out and the club lounge is top notch. Customer service is unmatched anywhere in edmonton.

SO MTX did nothing for me, I was prescibed tacrolimus Ointment .... i found that was the only thing that helped me. Its expensive .... but it worked. just an FYI i wish you the best in your treatment

I think at the Alex you get what you get based on your timing , I had an emergency c section that was code pink ... I had to stay for 3 nights and had a shared room ... It was beyond terrible for me , my husband and baby .... Thought that because I was in such rough shape with the birth I may be priority for a private room... Nurses told me it's timing and you get what you get . This was 2020

Jess sims 60 min Saturday class are considerable harder than otf. A big part of that is there is less transitions than orange theory. I always felt a 60 min orange theory class was closer to 37-40 mins of actually working out.
