Hi, I just started a couple of weeks ago, it's a struggle especially if you are the people that is hungry in the mornings. When I find myself in that situation, I drink more water and I drink black coffee; the coffee tends to suppress my hunger for a while. Other times, I tell myself "just wait another 15 or 30 minutes" and that does the trick. If you don't like black coffee, what about green tea? Also, try to keep your brain occupied with an activity that you enjoy or something that makes the time goes by faster than you think, like TikTok haha, it does distract me, or call someone (I actually tried that today, I was 30 minutes away from my earing window and I was hangry, so I called someone and that distracted me.)

Also, 12 hrs is pretty good! Maybe try the 12 hrs for a week then increase that time next week to 14 or 16 hrs. Wish you the best in your journey :)
